Connector And Hoses

Connect throttle position sensor and IAC valve connectors. Connect IAC valve and PS air hoses.

For CA models only, connect EGR gas temperature sensor connector.

Connect water hose to throttle body and water hose to EGR cooler.

Connect vacuum hose to TVV from EGR, vacuum hose from EGR vacuum modulator to TVV and vacuum hose from throttle body to TVV for
EVAP.

Connect hydraulic pressure pipe to air intake chamber.
20.
Install a new gasket, sleeve ball and EGR pipe with two bolts and union nut.
Torque Value:
Bolts
13 ft.lb (18 Nm)
Union Nut 58 ft.lb (78 Nm)
21.
Install air intake chamber stay with two bolts.
Torque Value:
29 ft.lb (39 Nm)
22.
Install No. 1 engine hanger with two bolts.
Torque Value:
29 ft.lb (39 Nm)
Cold Start Injector Fuel Pipe Removal
23.
Connect cold start injector pipe with two new gaskets and union bolt.
Torque Value:
11 ft.lb (15 Nm)
24.
Connect cold start injector connector.
25.
Connect two ground straps with nut.
