1.

Disable airbag system, refer to Air Bags and Seat Belts/Air Bags (Supplemental Restraint Systems)/Service and Repair. 

2.

On models equipped with air bag, pull wheel pad out from steering wheel and disconnect airbag connector. When removing wheel pad, take
care not to pull airbag wire harness. When storing wheel pad, keep upper surface of the pad facing upward. Never disassemble wheel
pad.

3.

On all models, remove steering wheel, then upper and lower steering column covers.

4.

Remove console upper panel, then using a screwdriver remove four console cap screws.

5.

Remove four screws and two bolts that attach console box to floor.

6.

Disconnect all electrical connectors, then remove console box.

7.

Remove two center cluster finish panel attaching screws, then using a screwdriver remove center cluster finish panel and disconnect electrical
connector.

8.

Remove four radio attaching screws, then disconnect antenna lead, speaker and electrical connectors and remove radio.

9.

Reverse to install. Rearm airbag system, refer to MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES/AIRBAG ARMING/DISARMING.
