Condenser Fan: Service and Repair
COOLING FAN MOTOR REMOVAL
1. REMOVE COOLING FAN
Radiator Fan:
a. Drain engine coolant.
b. Disconnect radiator fan wire clamp.
c. Disconnect oxygen sensor wire harness.
d. Disconnect radiator upper hose.
e. Remove the 4 bolts and cooling fan.
Torque: 5.0 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 48 in.lbf)
Condenser Fan:
a. Disconnect the connector.
b. Remove the 3 bolts and condenser fan.
Torque: 5.0 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 48 in.lbf)
2. REMOVE COOLING FAN MOTOR
Radiator Fan:
a. Remove the nut and fan.
b. Disconnect the wire harness and connector from the fan shroud.
c. Remove the 3 screws and motor.
