2. REMOVE EGR VALVE
(a) Disconnect these hoses from the EGR valve:

Vacuum hose (from port E of VSV)
-
EGR hose (from vacuum modulator)
(b) Loosen the 2 union nuts on the EGR pipe.
(c) Remove the 2 nuts, EGR valve and gasket.
EGR VALVE INSTALLATION
1. REINSTALL EGR VALVE
(a) Install a new gasket and the EGR valve with the 2 nuts.
Torque: 13 N.m (130 kgf.cm. 9 ft.lbf)
(b) Install the EGR pipe with the 2 union nuts.
Torque: 59 N.m (600 kgf.cm. 43 ft.lbf)
(c) Connect these hoses to the EGR valve:

Vacuum hose (from port E of VSV)

EGR hose (from vacuum modulator)
