11. DISCONNECT RH AND LH LOWER SUSPENSION ARMS
12. DISCONNECT 2 ENGINE MOUNTINGS

a. Front side:

Remove the bolt and nut.

b. Rear side:

Remove the bolt.

13. REMOVE FRONT SUB-FRAME WITH PS GEAR ASSEMBLY
14. REMOVE PS GEAR ASSEMBLY

Remove 2 gear assembly set bolts and nuts from the front subframe.

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL PS GEAR ASSEMBLY

a. Install the gear assembly to the front sub-frame.
b. Torque the 2 gear assembly set bolts and nuts.

Torque: 127 Nm (1,300 kgf-cm, 94 ft. lbs.)

2. INSTALL FRONT SUB-FRAME WITH PS GEAR ASSEMBLY
3. CONNECT 2 ENGINE MOUNTINGS

a. Front side:

Torque the bolt and nut.

Torque: 88 Nm (890 kgf-cm, 64 ft. lbs.)

b. Rear side:

Torque the bolt.

Torque: 88 Nm (890 kgf-cm, 64 ft. lbs.)

4. CONNECT RH AND LH LOWER SUSPENSION ARMS

5. CONNECT PRESSURE FEED AND RETURN TUBES

Using SST, connect the tube.
