finger tight. Using a spring scale attached to hub stud, measure and record rotation frictional force of oil seal.

Tighten hub locknut until hub preload is .8-1.9 lbs. more than measurement obtained in step 3, with spring scale, then install lock cap, cotter pin
and grease pin.

Install caliper and torque plate. Torque mount bolts to 44-57 ft. lbs.
