Piston Pin: Service and Repair
Align Piston And Connecting Rod
1. Align the notch on the piston with the mark on the connector.
Install Snap Ring
2. Install the snap ring on one side.
Heat Piston Prior To Wrist Pin Installation
3. Heat piston to 140°F (60°C).
Push In The Wrist Pin
4. Push in the wrist pin.
