BRAKE CONTROL / DYNAMIC CONTROL SYSTEMS: FRONT SPEED SENSOR: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

HINT:

Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

-

The following procedure is for the LH side.

-

If the sensor rotor needs to be replaced, replace it together with the front drive outboard joint shaft assembly. (for TMC Made)

If the sensor rotor needs to be replaced, replace it together with the front drive shaft assembly. (for TMMC, NUMMI Made)

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
2. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL
3. REMOVE SIDE MUDGUARD See: Body and Frame/Spoilers, Flaps, and Air Dams/Mud Flap/Service and Repair/Removal
