a. Remove the 2 nuts and ABS & traction actuator assembly from the bracket.

10. INSTALL ABS & TRACTION ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY

a. Install the ABS & traction actuator assembly with the 2 nuts to the bracket.

Torque: 6.0 Nm (61 kgf-cm, 53 inch lbs.)

11. INSTALL BRAKE ACTUATOR WITH BRACKET

a. Install the actuator with bracket, the 2 bolts and nut.

Torque: 20 Nm (204 kgf-cm, 15 ft. lbs.)

NOTICE:

Be careful not to damage the brake tubes and wire harness.

Tighten the bolts in order from 1 to 3.

b. Connect the actuator connector.

NOTICE:  Make sure that the lever is locked securely.

c. Using SST, connect each brake tube to correct positions of the actuator with bracket, as shown in the illustration.

SST 09023-00101 
Torque: 15 Nm (155 kgf-cm, 11 ft. lbs.)

12. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY
13. INSTALL LH HEADLAMP ASSEMBLY
14. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER
15. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY
16. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH
17. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL RH 

Torque: 103 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft. lbs.)

18. FILL RESERVOIR WITH BRAKE FLUID
19. BLEED MASTER CYLINDER

SST 09023-00101

20. BLEED BRAKE LINE
21. BLEED ABS & TRACTION ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY
22. CHECK FLUID LEVEL IN RESERVOIR
23. CHECK FOR BRAKE FLUID LEAKAGE
24. CHECK ACTUATOR WITH HAND-HELD TESTER
25. PERFORM YAW RATE SENSOR ZERO POINT CALIBRATION
26. VEHICLE PREPARATION FOR FOG LAMP AIM ADJUSTMENT
27. PREPARATION FOR FOG LAMP AIMING
28. FOG LAMP AIMING INSPECTION
