Starting at the base of one of the two A-pillars, gently insert the end of a plastic pry tool under the lip of the windshield molding (where it lays on
top of the painted portion of the body) and lift a small section of the molding away from the body (see the illustration).

While keeping the pry tool under the edge of the molding, insert the nozzle of the 3MTM Clear Auto Glass Sealer under the rubber molding,
squeeze the tube, and begin forcing the sealer under the molding.

While slowly sliding the pry tool up the A-pillar, follow the pry tool with the nozzle of the sealer while making a continuous bead of sealer under
the rubber molding.

5.

Continue the process, up the A-pillar around the corner at the top, across the roof, around and down the opposite corner continuing down the
opposite A-pillar and finally stopping at the base of the second A-pillar.

6.

Wipe off any sealer overflow with 3M(TM) General Purpose Adhesive Cleaner (P/N 08984 or 08987).

7.

Let sealer dry according to the instructions shown on the back of the tube of sealer.

8.

Test drive vehicle to confirm effectiveness of the repair.
