Torque : 9.0 Nm (92 kgf-cm, 80 in-lbf)
NOTICE:
*
If the front airbag sensor has been dropped, or there are any cracks, dents or other defects in the case or connector, replace it with
a new one.
*
When installing the front airbag sensor, be careful that the SRS wiring does not interfere with other parts and that it is not
pinched between other parts.
*
Make sure that the pin is securely inserted into the body hole.
*
Tighten the bolt while holding the front airbag sensor because the front airbag sensor pin (stopper) is easily damaged.
(d) Connect the connector.
NOTICE:
When connecting the airbag connector, take care not to damage the airbag wire harness.
(e) Check that there is no looseness in the installation parts of the front airbag sensor.

Replacement/Installation
5. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR See: Body and Frame/Bumper/Front Bumper/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Installation
6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
7. INSPECT AND ADJUST HEADLIGHT AIMING
(a) Inspect and adjust headlight aiming See: Lighting and Horns/Headlamp/Adjustments.
8. INSPECT AND ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIMING (w/ Fog Light)
(a) Inspect and adjust fog light aiming See: Lighting and Horns/Fog/Driving Lamp/Adjustments.
9. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT
(a) Inspect the SRS warning light See: Testing and Inspection/Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview/Diagnosis System.
