2. INSTALL VANE PUMP PULLEY

a. Install the vane pump pulley and nut to the vane pump shaft.
b. Using SST, stop the vane pump pulley rotating and torque the nut.

SST 09960-10010 (09962-01000, 09963-01000)
Torque: 43 Nm (440 kgf-cm, 32 ft. lbs.) 

3. CONNECT PRESSURE FEED TUBE

Install a new gasket, and connect the pressure feed tube with the union bolt.

HINT:  Make sure that the stopper of the pressure feed tube touches the pressure feed No. 2 tube as shown in the illustration, then torque the
union bolt.

Torque: 54 Nm (550 kgf-cm, 40 ft. lbs.) 

4. INSTALL OIL PRESSURE SWITCH

a. Install the oil pressure switch.

Torque: 21 Nm (210 kgf-cm, 15 ft. lbs.) 

b. Connect the connector.

NOTICE:  Be careful of oil on the connector.

5. CONNECT SUCTION HOSE

Connect the suction hose with the clip.

6. INSTALL DRIVE BELT

Loosen the drive belt tension by turning the drive belt tensioner arm clockwise, and install the drive belt.

7. INSTALL RH ENGINE UNDER COVER

Install the RH engine under cover with the 4 bolts and 2 screws.
