8. REMOVE DUST COVER
Using SST and press, press out the dust cover from the inboard joint tulip.

FRONT DRIVE SHAFT ASSEMBLY TOYOTA type:
1. INSTALL NEW DUST COVER
Using a press, press into a new dust cover.
2. TEMPORARILY INSTALL BOOTS, DAMPER (RH DRIVE SHAFT) AND NEW CLAMPS
HINT:

Before installing the boot, wrap vinyl tape around the spline of the drive shaft to prevent damaging the boot.

RH Drive shaft:
Fix the clamp position in line with the groove of the drive shaft.
