Axle Shaft: Service and Repair
Axle Shaft Assembly, Constant Velocity Type
Removal/Installation
1. Raise and support vehicle, then remove wheels and engine undercover.
2. Drain transmission fluid, then remove cotter pin and lock cap. While applying brakes, remove axle spline nut Figs. 4 through 5.
