Warranty Radio Debits
A number of dealers have expressed concern about radio debits. In order to eliminate future radio debits the following guidelines should be followed:

If the radio warranty exchange program is used and a radio chassis is ordered from the manufacturer, the radio that came out of the owner's
vehicle must be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days from the date of repair.

If the customer fails to return to the dealership for the radio exchange within 30 days from the date of the original repair, the dealer should
return the unused chassis to the manufacturer for credit.

If the radio chassis was ordered through the goodwill exchange Program, the above steps should again be followed; but before returning the
chassis, contact the manufacturer for further instructions.
