TITLE AIR CONDITIONER CIRCUIT BREAKER OPEN CIRCUIT

SYMPTOM:

When maximum fan blower speed is selected, the air conditioner becomes inoperative.

CAUSE:

The air conditioner circuit breaker may open irregularly when the blower motor is operated at maximum-high speed after a
few minutes. This condition is especially prevalent when the vehicle is parked for several hours in extremely high ambient
temperatures.

CORRECTION:

To prevent the circuit breaker from triggering open, the current capacity of the cowl wire No. 2 has been increased in length
and gauge size.
