Check position of shaft stop when battery voltage is applied to each actuator terminal, Figs. 23 through 25. Do not apply battery voltage for
longer than 2 seconds or damage to solenoid motor will result.

Ensure actuator valve and absorber control rod are facing hard position and if not, place in position using suitable needle nose pliers.

8.

Insert absorber control rod into groove of actuator valve, then insert mount bolts. If servicing front actuator, attach wiring harness facing
front of vehicle.

9.

Install actuator cover, then if servicing front actuator, torque attaching bolt to 10 ft. lbs.

10.

Connect actuator connector, then remove jumper wire.

11.

Ensure proper operation of system.
