Exhaust Manifold: Service and Repair
1.
Disconnect battery ground cable.
2.
Remove exhaust pipe from exhaust manifold.
3.
Disconnect all electrical connectors, hoses, cables, fuel lines and electrical equipment that will interfere with removal of exhaust manifold.
4.
Remove exhaust manifold attaching bolts, then exhaust manifold and gasket.
5.
Reverse procedure to install. Tighten to specifications.
