Examine for particles in the fluid.

Remove oil pan.

Check for particles in the oil pan. Clean pan and magnet if necessary.

Remove entire valve body (refer to correct R/M for procedure).

Remove the small lower valve body cover plate, to gain access to the lock-up relay valve and sleeve assembly retaining pin. Inspect for any foreign
material and clean this area as necessary.

Remove the lock-up relay valve and sleeve.
