Warranty Information

APPLICABLE WARRANTY

This repair is covered under the Toyota Comprehensive Warranty. This warranty is in effect  for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs
first, from the vehicle's in-service date.

Warranty application is limited to correction of a problem based upon a customer's specific complaint.

Repair Procedure

1.

Remove the front door scuff plate LH.

Disengage the 6 claws and remove the access door scuff plate.

2.

Remove the cowl side trim board LH. Figure 2.

3.

Remove the front floor footrest.

A.

Disengage the 2 claws and remove the front floor footrest.

B.

Inspect the clips for damage. Order and replace if necessary.

4. Pull back and down, the black floor matting exposing the padding.

NOTE

Use caution when pulling black floor matting so velcro tabs are NOT torn away from padding.

5.

Remove the adhesive backing from Pad, Dash Panel Insulator, No. 2.
