c. Install the air conditioning tube and accessory and piping clamp.
HINT:
-
Be sure to connect the pipe securely.

After connection, check the fitting for claw of the piping clamp.
17. INSTALL COOLER REFRIGERANT SUCTION NO.1 HOSE
a. Remove the attached vinyl tape from the hose.
b. Coat a new O-ring with compressor oil and install it to the pipe.
Compressor oil: ND-OIL 11 or equivalent
NOTE:
-
Do not use any compressor oil other than NDOIL 11 or equivalent.

If any compressor oil other than ND-OIL 11 or equivalent is used, compressor motor insulation performance may decrease, resulting in a
leakage of electric power.
c. Install the cooler refrigerant suction No.1 hose and piping clamp.
18. ADD COOLANT
19. CHARGE REFRIGERANT
20. CHECK FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAKS
21. WARM UP COMPRESSOR
22. CHECK FOR LEAKAGE REFRIGERANT
Disassembly and Reassembly
DISASSEMBLY
1. REMOVE AIR DUCT NO.1
a. Release the 3 claw fittings, remove the air duct No.1.
2. REMOVE HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT CENTER
a. Release the 4 claw fittings, remove the heater register duct center.
3. REMOVE AIR OUTLET CONTROL SERVO MOTOR
