New Lifter Thickness mm (in.)

(f) Install the camshaft  (See: Camshaft, Lifters and Push Rods/Camshaft/Service and Repair/Installation).
(g) Install the No. 2 camshaft  (See: Camshaft, Lifters and Push Rods/Camshaft/Service and Repair/Installation).

9. INSTALL CYLINDER HEAD COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the cylinder head cover sub-assembly  (See: Timing Components/Timing Chain/Service and Repair/Installation).

10. INSTALL IGNITION COIL ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the ignition coil assembly  (See: Timing Components/Timing Chain/Service and Repair/Installation).

11. CONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL

Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)

12. CHECK ENGINE OIL LEAKAGE
13. INSTALL CYLINDER HEAD COVER NO.2

(a) Install the cylinder head cover No. 2  (See: Timing Components/Timing Chain/Service and Repair/Installation).
