Removal

INTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: ROOF HEADLINING: REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system    See: Restraint
Systems/Air Bag Systems/Service Precautions.

2. REMOVE LOWER NO. 3 STEERING WHEEL COVER   See: Restraint Systems/Air Bag Systems/Air Bag/Service and Repair/Removal and

3. REMOVE LOWER NO. 2 STEERING WHEEL COVER   See: Restraint Systems/Air Bag Systems/Air Bag/Service and Repair/Removal and

7. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY   See: Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Removal and

8. REMOVE METER HOOD SUB-ASSEMBLY   See: Instrument Panel, Gauges and Warning Indicators/Instrument Cluster / Carrier/Service and

9. REMOVE COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY   See: Instrument Panel, Gauges and Warning Indicators/Instrument Cluster / Carrier/Service

10. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

(a) Disengage the 8 claws and remove the front door scuff plate LH.

11. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD LH

(a) Disengage the clip and claw, and remove the cowl side trim board LH.

12. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH

(a) Remove the front door opening trim weatherstrip LH.
