Proper Throttle Body Mounting Bolt Installation

Bolt Length:

A 45mm (1.77 in.)
B 70mm (2.76 in.)

4. Torque the bolts evenly to 14 ft.lbs. (19 N-m).
5. Connect hoses:

a. PCV hose from cylinder head
b. Vacuum hose from vacuum pipe
c. Vacuum hose from EGR VSV
d. Two water bypass hoses from No.1 air tube
e. Air hose from No.1 air tube

6. Connect ISC Valve and TPS connectors.
7. Install air connector stay and two spacers.
8. Install No.1 air connector.
9. Install air intake connector hose

10. Connect accelerator cable and adjust.  Refer to ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURES for proper procedure.
11. Fill radiator with coolant.
12. Start engine and check for vacuum leaks.
