Impact Sensor: Service and Repair
Center Airbag Sensor
1. Disarm SRS as outlined under Air Bag System Disarming and Arming.
2. Remove shift lever knob and boot, shift hole cover, ash tray, instrument cluster center finish panel, radio and heater control, Fig. 62.

3. Remove air bag sensor electrical connector.
4. Remove sensor mounting screws with suitable Torx wrench, then assembly.
5. Reverse procedure to install and tighten mounting screws to specifications.
