1992 PASEO AIR CONDITIONER INSTALLATION

The procedure for installing the packing behind the driver's side headlamp has been revised for 1992 Paseo (EL45F).

The 1992 Paseo AC Installation Manual (CIAA-13); page 32, figure 69, shows how to install the driver's side radiator support packing after the
receiver/drier is installed. This procedure has been found to be very difficult to perform and can result in damage to the headlamp.

The correct and proper installation of packing behind the driver's headlamp is as follows:

Install the packing behind the headlamp.

2.

Install the receiver/drier.

NOTE:
DO NOT REMOVE THE HEADLAMP ASSEMBLY

To reduce the possibility of damaging the headlamp when performing this operation, Page 2 of this Service Bulletin should be photocopied and added to
your 1992 Paseo A/C Installation Manual (CIAA-13). It has the corrected sequence and installation procedure. Additionally, Figure 69 on Page 32 of the
1992 Paseo A/C Installation Manual (CIAA-13) should be crossed-out and disregarded.

Attach the packing to the radiator support panel hole (See Figure 32A)
