Operate engine until normal operating temperature is obtained.
2.
Ensure adjusting lever touches idle speed adjusting screw when the accelerator pedal is released.
3.
If not, disconnect accelerator linkage and loosen locknut on idle speed adjusting screw. Adjust idle speed by turning adjusting screw until correct
idle speed is obtained, Fig. 19.
