Thermostat: Service and Repair
1.
Drain cooling system.
2.
Disconnect radiator outlet hose, then remove water inlet.
3.
Remove thermostat and gasket.
4.
Reverse procedure to install. Use a new thermostat gasket and tighten inlet nuts to specifications.
