5.

Remove glove compartment and glove compartment stay.

6.

Disconnect A/C switch connector and the connector connected to A/C harness.

7.

Remove four attaching screws and bolt, then the cooling unit.

8.

Remove four clamps and four screws securing case halves 

Figs. 23 and 24,  then separate case halves and remove evaporator.
