Open throttle valves separately and check if throttle valves are perpendicular to flange surface when fully opened.

If throttle valves are not perpendicular to flange surface, adjust by bending respective throttle lever, stoppers at the primary side, Fig. 7 and at the
secondary side, Fig. 8. After adjustment, make sure linkage operates smoothly.
