Stabilizer Bar: Service and Repair
W/4 WHEEL DRIVE
1.
Remove stabilizer bar to front suspension link bolts.
2.
Remove stabilizer bar retaining brackets and rubber bushings.
3.
Remove stabilizer bar from vehicle.
4.
Reverse procedure to install.
W/2 WHEEL DRIVE
1.
Remove one torsion bar as described under ``Lower Control Arm & Torsion Bar, Replace.''
2.
Remove stabilizer bar from lower control arms.
3.
Remove stabilizer brackets and bushings from frame, then remove stabilizer bar.
4.
Reverse procedure to install.
