No. 2 Timing Belt Cover Removal

Install No. 2 timing belt cover and two gaskets with the 11 bolts. Torque the bolts to 5.4 Nm (48 in lb). Connect the high-tension cords with
clamps to the four bolts.

Installing Crankshaft Pulley

Install the crankshaft pulley by aligning the key groove of the crankshaft pulley with the key on the crankshaft. Install the pulley bolt, and torque
the bolt to 245 Nm (181 ft lb). Install the Power steering belt pulley with the 4 bolts.

Install fan pulley, belt guide, fluid coupling, and alternator drive belts. Stretch the belts tight and tighten the 4 nuts to 5.4 Nm (48 in lb).

Installing Power Steering Pump And Belt

Install power steering pump and belt. Install the power steering pump with the 4 bolts. Install the pulley, washer, and nuts. Place the Power
steering drive belt onto each pulley. Stretch the belt tight and tighten the nut. Torque the power steering pump pulley lock nut to 43 Nm (32 ft lb).
Adjust drive belt tension as necessary.
