COOLING UNIT DISASSEMBLY 
(NIPPONDENSO type) 

HINT:  Steps 1 to 7 can be performed without removing the entire cooling unit. Accordingly, for steps 1 to 4 there is no need to discharge the
refrigeration system.

1. REMOVE RIGHT AND LEFT AIR INLET GRILLS AND AIR OUTLET GRILLS
2. REMOVE FILTER
3. REMOVE LOWER CASE
4. REMOVE REAR A/C SWITCH
5. REMOVE EVAPORATOR ASSEMBLY
6. REMOVE RIGHT AND LEFT BLOWER MOTOR ASSEMBLIES
7. REMOVE BLOWER RESISTOR
8. DISASSEMBLE BLOWER MOTOR ASSEMBLY

9. DISASSEMBLY OF EVAPORATOR ASSEMBLY

Using a hexagonal wrench, remove the two bolts and the expansion valve.
