19. Install the RH engine access cover:
a. Install the RH engine access cover with the nine bolts. Torque to 10.5 ft.lbs (14 N-m).
b. Install the jack holder with the two bolts. Torque to 10.5 ft.lbs (14 N-m).
c. Install the passenger seat leg with the two bolts. Torque to 29 ft.lbs (39 N-m).
d. Install the passenger seat with the four bolts. Torque to 29 ft.lbs (39 N-m).
e. Connect the passenger seat belt to the front floor panel. Torque to 30 ft.lbs (41 N-m).
f.
Install the scuff plate with the three screws.
