Recall - Radio Short Circuit Renotification

TO: ALL TOYOTA DEALER PRINCIPALS,

SERVICE MANAGERS, PARTS MANAGERS

SUBJECT:
RENOTIFICATION OF SPECIAL SERVICE CAMPAIGN - P03 (1991 CAMRY AND PREVIA RADIOS)

Due to the low completion rate of Special Service Campaign P03, Toyota has determined to renotify owners of non-completed vehicles involved in the
above campaign.

You are requested, using the following information, to repair and, if necessary, replace the subject radio on the non-completed vehicles which contain
components that can cause a short circuit within the radio. In rare cases, this could lead to a small fire.

Note: 

At the request of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, please perform the necessary campaign inspection/repair on any vehicles
acquired in your inventory prior to resale of the vehicle. In addition, you will be sent SSC notifications with your dealer's name and address for
non-completed vehicles which, according to our record, you have in stock. If any vehicles in your inventory involved in this campaign have been
released to a customer prior to receipt of this notification, please contact this known customer and perform the necessary repair.
