PART NUMBER INFORMATION:

There are no changes in the part numbers for the new front seat cushion covers. New parts are identified by an "N" printed in the lower right corner of
the part number label. "N" marking on part number label effective from 11/20/91 to 1/19/92. The parts which have been affected are:

MODIFICATION PROCEDURE FOR OLD STYLE PARTS:

Old style parts found in dealer stock can be modified using the following procedure:

1.

Turn the seat cover inside-out to expose the plastic stiffener located on the side panel of the lower seat cover.

2.

Using heavy duty scissors trim the corners of the stiffener to a 12 mm radius as shown in Figure 2.

3.

Smooth the cut surfaces with wet or dry sandpaper (400 grit) to remove sharp edges.
