III. Cooling fan and fan shroud (and radiator) replacement procedures:

1.

Remove engine coolant reservoir tank cap and drain about 4 liters (1 gal.) of coolant from radiator drain plug into a container, and close the drain
plug.

Note:

Before removing the reservoir tank cap, make sure that the engine and radiator are not hot.

2.

Remove engine coolant reservoir tank mounting bolt and, without disconnecting coolant hoses, place the tank further back to provide work space.

3.

Remove six screws and air inlet duct.

4.

Remove four screws and fan shroud No. 2.
