Remove four nuts and replace cooling fan with modified one.

12.

Check to see if the radiator has been damaged by the cooling fan. (If the radiator is damaged, perform the following steps and if the radiator is
not damaged, skip to step No. 21.)

Remove six bolts and engine under cover No. 1.

14.

Drain all coolant from the radiator (approximately 7 liters).

15.

Disconnect radiator lower hose (and A/T cooler hoses) from the radiator lower tank.

Note:

1. As some engine coolant may still remain in the radiator lower hose, catch it in a container.

2.

To prevent oil from escaping, plug A/T cooler hoses with 12 mm bolts and pipes with the plugs, which are fitted on new 
radiator.

16. Remove two radiator support mounting bolts and damaged radiator.

17. Insert the two protrusions under the radiator lower tank into the bracket holes, place the new radiator in proper position and install two radiator

supports and mounting bolts.

Torque: 185 Kg-cm (13 ft.lb., 18 N-m)

18. Connect radiator lower hose (for vehicles equipped with A/T, remove plugs and connect A/T cooler hoses) to the radiator lower tank.

19. Install engine under cover No. 1.

20. If the shroud seal is not affixed on the new radiator, affix fan shroud seal to the back surface of the new radiator upper tank in the same manner

as described under the following step No. 22.

21. Check to see if modified fan shroud and shroud seal were previously installed.
