SPECIAL SERVICE CAMPAIGN - L04

Toyota will initiate a special service campaign to replace the engine fan and fan shroud with an improved design on certain 1991 Toyota Previas. In
addition, the radiator of each vehicle will be inspected and, if necessary, replaced.

The following vital information is provided to inform you and your staff of the campaign schedule and your degree of involvement required:

Please review this entire special service campaign package with your staff and make sure that all appropriate personnel are completely familiar with its
contents so that they may provide the necessary support to your dealers and maximize our combined customer satisfaction efforts.

ALL TOYOTA DEALERS AND SERVICE MANAGERS

SUBJECT:

SPECIAL SERVICE CAMPAIGN - L04

Toyota will initiate a special service campaign to replace the engine fan and fan shroud with an improved design on certain 1991 Toyota Previas. In
addition, the radiator of each vehicle will be inspected and, if necessary, replaced.

Under certain operating conditions, the engine fan may make contact with the fan shroud, as a result, the fan, shroud and/or radiator may become
damaged. You are requested, using the following information, to replace the fan and fan shroud with an improved design and to inspect and, if necessary,
replace the radiator on the vehicles involved in this campaign, including any vehicles currently in your stock.

Note:

You will be sent SSC notifications with your dealer's name and address for vehicles which, according to our record, you have in stock. If
any vehicles in your stock involved in this campaign have been sold to an ultimate customer prior to receipt of this notification, please
contact this known customer and perform the necessary repairs.
