SPECIAL SERVICE CAMPAIGN - L05

Toyota will initiate a special service campaign to replace the cylinder head core plugs and gaskets with an improved design on certain 1991 Toyota
Previas. In addition, the engine oil and oil filter of each vehicle will be changed.

The following vital information is provided to inform you and your staff of the campaign schedule and your degree of involvement required:

campaign in your region.

Please review this entire special service campaign package with your staff and make sure that all appropriate personnel are completely familiar with its
contents so that they may provide the necessary support to your dealers and maximize our combined customer satisfaction efforts.

SUBJECT:

SPECIAL SERVICE CAMPAIGN - L05

Toyota will initiate a special service campaign to replace the cylinder head core plugs and gaskets with an improved design on certain 1991 Toyota
Previas. In addition, the engine oil and oil filter of each vehicle will be changed.

There is a possibility that the engine coolant may leak from the cylinder head core plugs into the engine oil and, in the worst case, cause the engine not to
start. You are requested, using the following information, to replace the cylinder head core plugs and gaskets with an improved design and to replace the
oil and oil filter on the vehicles involved in this campaign, including any vehicles currently in your stock.

Note:

You will be sent SSC notifications with your dealer's name and address for vehicles which, according to our record, you have in stock. If
any vehicles in your stock involved in this campaign have been sold to an ultimate customer prior to receipt of this notification, please
contact this known customer and perform the necessary repairs.
