Evaporator Core: Service and Repair
Cool Box Evaporator

1.

Disconnect battery ground cable.

2.

Discharge A/C system.

3.

Remove righthand side kick panels.

4.

Disconnect cool box electrical connectors.

5.

Disconnect cool box A/C suction and liquid tubes.

6.

Remove cool box attaching bolts, then remove.

7.

Separate cool box upper and lower panels, Fig. 7.

8.

Remove evaporator core.

9.

Reverse to install.
