Heater Core: Service and Repair
HEATER RADIATOR REMOVAL
1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT FROM RADIATOR
HINT: It is not necessary to drain out all the coolant.
2. REMOVE A/C UNIT See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Evaporator Case
3. REMOVE HEATER RADIATOR
(a)
Remove screw and 2 clamps.
(b)
Pull the radiator upward.
