c. Install the rack into the rack housing.
d. Remove the SST.
4. Install oil seal.
a. Install SST to the steering rack opposite end.
SST 09631 - 20111 or equivalent.
b. Coat SST with power steering fluid.
c. Coat a new oil seal lip with power steering fluid.
d. Install the oil seal by pushing it onto the SST without tilting.
NOTICE: Make sure to install the oil seal facing the correct direction.
e. Remove the SST.
5. Install cylinder end stopper.
a. Coat a new O-ring with power steering fluid and install it to the stopper.
b. Using a wooden block and hammer, drive in the stopper until it is tightly installed.
c. Using SST, torque the stopper.
SST 09631 - 20120 or equivalent.
Torque: 78 Nm (58 ft. lbs.)
d. Using a punch and hammer, stake the stopper.
