HINT: Coat all of the sliding and rotating surfaces with gear oil before assembly.
1. Select snap ring.
a. Assemble the drive sprocket, control coupling and planetary ring gear.
b. Select a snap ring that will allow minimum axial play.
c. Using a snap ring expander, install the snap ring.
2. Install needle roller bearing and rear output shaft.
a. Apply gear oil to the needle roller bearing.
b. Install the needle roller bearing in the sprocket sleeve.
c. Install the rear output shaft.
3. Install No.1 output shaft spacer.
4. Install ball bearing.
Using SST 09316 - 6001 1 (09316 - 0001 1, 09316 - 00031) and a press, install a new ball bearing.
