Insert the screwdriver through the flexible coupling hole (from the flexible coupling side to the propeller shaft tube side), then apply
rotational force to disengage the flexible coupling collar from the flange.
4.
Remove the rear flexible coupling.
A.
Paint alignment marks on the coupling flange and the shaft flange of the propeller shaft tube.
NOTE:
Do not place alignment marks using a punch, etc.

Insert the screwdriver through the flexible coupling hole (from the flexible coupling side to the coupling flange side), then apply rotational
force to disengage the flexible coupling collar from the flange.
NOTE:
Hold the bearing firmly to prevent it from falling.
