Remove the 4 bolts and disconnect the engine wire from the intake manifold and delivery pipe.

5. Disconnect vacuum hose and fuel return hose from pressure regulator.
6. Remove delivery pipe with injectors.

Remove the union bolt and 2 gaskets and disconnect the fuel pipe.

-

Remove the 2 bolts, delivery pipe and 2 spacers.

-

Remove the 4 insulators from the delivery pipe.

-

Remove the SST (SST 09268-41045.09843-18020).

-

Reinstall the fuel inlet hose to the fuel filter outlet with 2 new gaskets and the union bolt.

Torque:  29 Nm (22 ft lb) 

REPLACEMENT 

1. Remove injector covers.

-

Remove the 4 bolts and injector covers.

-

Remove the 4 insulators from the injectors.

2. Remove injector.
