7. Using SST, connect terminals +B and FP of the DLC1. SST 09843-18020
8. Reconnect the negative (-) terminal cable to the battery.
9. Turn the ignition switch ON.

10. Measure the fuel pressure.

Fuel pressure:  226 275 kPa (33 - 40 psi) 

If pressure is high, replace the fuel pressure regulator. If pressure is low, check the following parts:

Fuel hoses and connections

-

Fuel pump

-

Fuel filter

-

Fuel pressure regulator

11. Remove the SST from the DLC1. SST 09843-18020

12. Start the engine.
13. Disconnect the vacuum sensing hose from the union, and plug it.

14. Measure the fuel pressure at idle.

Fuel pressure:  226 - 275 kPa (33 - 40 psi)
