Intercooler: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Disconnect No. 1 air tube from charge air cooler.

Loosen the clamp, and disconnect the air tube.
2. Remove left hand fender splash shield seal.
-
Remove the 5 bolts and splash shield seal.
3. Disconnect No. 2 air tube from charge air cooler.
