Control Arm: Service and Repair

1.
Raise and support vehicle, then remove front wheels.
2.
Remove engine undercover, Fig. 2.
3.
Remove lower ball joint attaching bolts, then separate from steering knuckle.
4.
Remove lower arm bracket attaching bolts.
5.
Remove arm shaft attaching nut.
6.
Remove lower control arm and lower ball joint assembly.
7.
Using tool No. 09628-62011 or equivalent, remove lower ball joint from arm.
8.
Reverse to install.
