Quarter Ventilation Louver

REMOVAL

REMOVE QUARTER VENTILATION LOUVER

a. Remove the nut.
b. Using a heat light, heat the quarter ventilation louver to 20 - 30 °C (68 - 86°F)

NOTE:  Do not heat the quarter ventilation louver excessively.

c. Using a moulding remover, remove the quarter ventilation louver.

INSTALLATION

1. CLEAN CONTACT SURFACE OF BODY

a. Using a heat light, heat the body mounting surface to 40 - 60°C (104 - 140°F).
